I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate the lasting impacts of complex trauma, anxiety, and challenging relationships.
I specialize in helping adults heal from the effects of chronic anxiety, relational trauma, and overwhelming life experiences leaving you feeling stuck, and disconnected from yourself. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative — I’m not here to “fix” you, but to help you feel seen, supported, and more at home in yourself. Therapy with me is a space where you can let your guard down, explore what’s been holding you back, and build a life that feels more grounded, clear, and connected.
I am the founder of Sol Counseling & Wellness and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I work with adults (18+) in a collaborative way — helping you make sense of the past while building a more authentic, connected present.

Initial Diagnostic Intake: $175 per 50-60 minute session
Individual Psychotherapy: $130 per 50-60 minute session
If you are utilizing out-of-network benefits, I will send superbills monthly in order for you to possibly receive reimbursement. I also offer a sliding scale fees dependent on availability. Contact me to learn more.

Once we decide we are a good fit, we will move forward with scheduling the first appointment. You’ll fill out some forms to aid in the intake process.
During your first appointment, we’ll talk more in depth about what is bringing you to therapy and discuss your goals to develop our plan moving forward.
